Orders are typically processed between 6-9 working days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery time within India can vary from State to State, but it usually takes an additional 3-7 business days. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

No, we do not store or keep any credit card information on file. Your payment information is securely processed and managed by our trusted Payment Gateway provider, PhonePe, ZaakPay or STRIPE. GST levied on clothes depends on the cost of your purchased clothes. GST of 5% will be levied on readymade garments whose price doesn’t exceed ₹1000 and GST of 12% will be applicable on readymade garments whose price exceeds ₹1000.
Yes, we ship across India. Shipping types like Air/Land may differ according to the geography.
If your order contains fewer than 5 items, all of them will come in one package. However, if your order exceeds 5 items or includes oversized items, it may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified of any additional packages and provided with separate tracking numbers if applicable.
